Ingredients:  
1 single pie crust
1 cup saskatoons ( you can add more if needed)
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. flour
2 egg yolks (save egg whites)
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Few drops of lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put cup of saskatoons in bottom of pie crust. Mix next 6 ingredients
together and mix well. Beat egg whites separately than mix lightly
with mixture. Pour over saskatoons and bake at 350º until crust is
lightly browned.
