Peanut Butter Eggs


Ingredients:

¾ lb. butter
1lb 10 oz. peanut butter
2½ - 3 lb. powdered sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla
Paraffin wax
1½ bag of chocolate chips (12 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter and peanut butter in a large bowl until smooth.
Add vanilla.
Gradually add the powdered sugar until thick.
Make sure no lumps and mixed well.
With clean hands form into eggs.
Place on cookie sheet lined with wax or parchment to cool (you can place outside or in fridge).
On stove melt chocolate chips with wax over a double boiler.
Use slotted spoon to take cold eggs ad dip in chocolate mixture one at a time until covered.
Place on wax or parchment paper to cool again.
 

Coconut Eggs

1 - 8 oz. package of cream cheese
½ stick butter
1 small bag of candied coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 -2 lbs. of powdered sugar
Paraffin wax
1½ bag of chocolate chips (12 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter coconut and vanilla in a large bowl.
Add in powdered sugar mixing well.
Mixture will be thick and form into eggs.
Place onto cookie sheet lined with wax or parchment paper.
Let chill.
On stove in a double boiler melt wax and chocolate.
Use slotted spoon to take cold eggs ad dip in chocolate mixture one at a time until covered.
Place on wax or parchment paper to cool again.
