20 g yeast
1/2 cup club soda
1 tbsp sugar
Dough:
1/2 kg flour
3 egg yolks
300 g margarine
pinch of salt
Filling: Rahat (Turkish Delight) - preferably pink

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in club soda with sugar. Mix dough ingredients. Let dough sit for 30 minutes. Divide dough into 4 equal parts. Using rolling pin, flatten dough and cut into 3in x 3in x 3in triangles. Place 1 in x 1/2 in Rahat along the bottom third of the triangle and roll triangle from bottom to top. Place rolled "cornulete" on baking sheet and bake for ? minutes in oven at ? degrees.
