8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz) package Bleu cheese crumbles
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 cup fresh parsley, optional
Assorted crackers, pita chips and/or bread bowl for serving

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts and parsley. Beat on medium speed for two minutes or until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for one or more hours. Evenly spread parsley and nuts and wax paper or aluminum foil.
Form cheese mixture into ball or log shape. Wrapped tightly in paper/foil. Store in refrigerator or can be frozen. Delicious served with assorted crackers, pita chips or even bread bowl!

Try with sliced almonds in place of other chopped nuts. This was something Gram enjoyed making and gifting. It was delicious and special.
