1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup Diced onion (optional)
1-large can (28 oz) whole or
diced tomatoes
(If you use whole tomatoes, just cut them up or mash them in pan).
16 oz can of chili or kidney beans.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef (salt & pepper, to taste) in large skillet with diced onion. Add canned tomatoes and chili beans. Heat thoroughly. Serve with homemade bread, dinner rolls, or sliced Italian bread. You can double this recipe easily in the same pan.
