1/2 lb of butter (no substitutes)
1 cup white sugar
5 large eggs
1 3/4 cups unsifted all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 lb glace cherries
1 lb candied pineapple
4 cups pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put pan of water in cold oven, turn to bake at 250 F. Leave water in oven while cooking
Mix all ingredients together. Put into tube pan, bake 3 hours.
