1 cup butter, softened

1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheets with parchment or grease them.

2. Cream together butter, white sugar & brown sugar. Stir in vanilla and eggs. Add flour, baking soda and chocolate chips until everything is just combined. Do not overmix or they won't be chewy.

3. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. I use small cookie -scoop and pack it in. Bake for 7-8 minutes in convection oven or 9-12 minutes in regular. Don't let them get too brown or they won't be too chewy. Let cool on a wire rack.
