4 c flour
2 c butter
1 ¾ icing sugar

Directions:
Put flour and icing sugar on large board. Knead butter, flour icing sugar freely until fluffy. (use heel of hand) Cook in oven at 350F for 15-20 minutes. You may roll into 1/2 inch thick roll and divide into small pieces.
