gallon whole milk
tsp. Salt
8 oz. whipping cream
16 oz. buttermilk
16 oz.1/2 &




Directions:
Directions:
Mix all in large pot.
Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to boil. Turn off heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
Strain through cheesecloth.

This is delicious served warm on a good crusty Italian bread
