3/4c unsalted butter
7 oz dark chocolate
2 c superfine sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2c flour
225 gm cream cheese
5 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350'
Line 9"x13" pan with parchment paper.
Melt the butter on dark chocolate over double boiler or in microwave on low. Once melted, blend together and add 1 1/2c sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour to blend and spread over the bottom of pan.
Beat the cream cheese and remaining sugar together, then fold in the chocolate chunks. Drop spoonfuls over the mixture in the pan, then swirl together to give a marbled effect.
Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes until lightly set. Allow to cool completely in pan, then remove using parchment paper, and cut into bars.
Store in fridge.

3 variations
1- Add 2-3 tsps to chocolate mixture.
2- Add 1/2 chopped pecans to the chocolate mixture, and 1/2 chopped fudge pieces to the cream cheese mixture
3-Add 2 Tbsp instant coffee powder to the cream cheese mixture before swirling it into the chocolate batter

Barb - It says to bake until lightly set. I cooked it for about 15 more minutes as it seemed to soft, but it firmed further on cooling, so I could have take it out a bit sooner
