½ brown sugar
1 c butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ c rolled oats (instant small flake)
1 ½ c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
½ c chopped nuts (your choice)
½ c shredded coconut

Chill this dough overnight. Bake at 300F oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
