Beef for soup/with bone or not
Carrots
Potatoes
Celery
Onions
Salt Pepper
Rice, desired amount

Can add bay leaves 2 or 3. Also, you can add barley in time to cook until done. Or minute barley.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef as for soup, in beef broth or water and bouillon. Grind carrots, potatoes, celery and onions or use electric shopper.to make very small pieces. Add to oup and cook. Add rice and cook until rice is done. Minute rice works fine.
