Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 Cup Butter

1/2 cup crisco
1/3 cup White sugar
2/3 cup Ground Almonds
Mix butter and Crisco until fluffy, Add sugar - mix - add almonds and mix well
Sift together: 1 2/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
Add to butter and mix well
CHILL dough
Roll to pencil thickness and form into crescents
Bake 14-16 minutes @ 325'
Dip in icing sugar when cool
( my crescents never looked like crescents so I made bite size cookies)
