1 small head cabbage, finely shredded
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine vegetables, toss well and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, stir well. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss gently. Refrigerate. Serves 6-8.
