The measurements on this all depends on how much you're wanting to make.

You will need a medium sized pot, and have some water ready to pour in.
Place the pot on the stove over medium-high heat, pour the desired amount of corn meal you need. Don't add anything to it, just keep stirring until the corn meal has browned.
Once it has all browned, begin adding water or milk and keep stirring constantly. Add the liquid until you get the desired consistency. add some sugar, amount depends on how sweet you like it.
