16 ozs sour cream
3-4 cloves garlic
6 ozs blue cheese
2-3 tlbs lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

mix all in blender. can add milk to thin but mixture will thin as it sits. feel free to add any other additives, but this is the basic recipe as i remember. it is simple but it was great.
