1 cup milk/cream
1 heaping teaspoon of cocoa
3 heaping teaspoons of sugar
Few drops of vanilla
Shake of salt

Directions:

Heat milk slowly. Add cocoa, and salt. Stir. Add vanilla.

Heat and serve.

To make this, of course Grandma would get milk out of the bulk tank that was mixed with cream.

I can remember her staying back at church during our annual caroling night, to make a big batch of this hot chocolate. She would also make popcorn while we were gone.

Those were fun times! Really fun and blessed.
