5 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
5 large eggs
c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 275. Beat cream cheese, sugar and flour. Then beat in eggs. Stir in cream and vanilla. Pour into springform pan with a graham cracker crust. Wrap foil around the whole pan, bake in a larger pan like a broiler pan, with 2 inches of water, at 275 for 1 to 2 hours, turn off oven and let sit for 1 hour, then put in refrigerator for at least overnight.
