3 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. sour cream
6 eggs (Eggbeaters work)
¼ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except sour cream, add sour cream last, stir gently. Place in well-greased bundt pan, place in a COLD oven, bake for 1½ hours at 300º. I don't frost this cake...it is great without frosting. For holidays like Easter, I swirl in (with a knife just before baking) food coloring appropriate for the season.
