1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2½ sticks of butter (best softened to room temperature)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
4 c. oatmeal (needs to be "1 minute quick")
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix in second bowl flour, oatmeal, soda and salt.
Mix the two bowls together, with 1 to 1½ c. chopped macadamia nuts and 1½ c. (package and a half) milk chocolate chips

Bake at 350º for about 12 minutes (depends on the oven).
