Ingredients:  
3 eggs
½ c. cream
½ tsp. salt
1¼ c. sugar
1½ T. flour
2 c. diced rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Separate 3 eggs. Mix yolks with cream. Beat and add salt, sugar, flour. Add rhubarb. Put into unbaked crust. Bake at 400º for 10 min, then 350º for 40 min.

Meringue:
Beat the 3 egg whites.
Add ¼ teaspoon orange or lemon extract.
Put on pie and bake at 400º for 10 min. Watch closely.
