¾ c. crisco
1 c. sugar
¼ c. molasses
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Chill dough. Form into small balls, roll in sugar.
Bake at 350º about 10 minutes. Bake longer for crisp cookies, less for softer cookies.
I usually double or triple the recipe.
