½ c. butter
½ c. crisco
¾ c. sugar
1 whole egg, unbeaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2½ c. flour
½ tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt


Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Add egg and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Bake at 375º about 10 minutes.

Personal Notes:
My mother sometimes would put
powdered sugar frosting between
one white spritz and one chocolate
spritz. I thought that was pretty fancy,
and tasted great!
