3 eggs, well beaten
2½ c. sugar
3 c. sour cream
3 T. melted real butter
2 tsp. soda
6 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Colored sugar for decorating.

Directions:
Directions:
Add melted butter and soda to sour cream. Combine remaining ingredients. The dough must chill so she would mix it one evening and bake it the next day.

Bake at 375º for about 15 minutes.

Grandma made horses and dogs, and
would decorate with raisins for eyes.
She also used raisins for buttons on
the gingerbread men. Very creative, I thought!
