1/2 cup butter
One sack of raw cranberries
2 cups sugar
2 Tbs lemon juice


1/2 cup Amaretto
2 Tbs. orange marmalade
2 tsp lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Wash cranberries in cold water
put butter cranberries sugar and lemon juice in sauce pan and cook on medium heat until cranberries begin to split and are tender (about 5 minutes)

Remove from heat and stir in Amaretto, marmalade and lemon rind
Cool
Serve with Turkey or other poultry

You could add gelatin if you eanted a more solid presentation for a side dish

Refridgerate any leftovers
