2 c banana pulp (4- 5 ripe bananas)
6 T plus 2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/4 c white corn syrup
1/8 sp salt
1 egg white
2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Press the bananas through a coarse sieve; measure; add lemon juice, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Fold well beaten egg white into banana mixture. Then stir slowly into the milk. Freeze in tray. Beat thoroughly when freezing begins and again just before mixture becomes firm.
