½ c. oil
4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in eggs.
Add vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt.
Chill several hours. Make into balls.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Do not overbake. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.

Mike and Matt really liked these cookies, but
because they are so messy to eat, I would send the boys outside to eat them. Apparently I did not make them in the winter!
