2-3 lbs ground beef
4 slices white bread, make wet with water and squeeze out. Can use 1/2 C bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
2 TBSP minced onion
1 tsp sweet basil
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp parsley
1/2-1 C parmesan cheese

Directions:

Mix all together in bowl, roll into balls and bake at 350º about 10 -12 minutes, depending on size of meatballs.
Serve with spaghetti or make minis and put on your pizza!
