1 yellow cake mix
3¾ c. Cool Whip
6 oz. orange juice concentrate
3 oz cream cheese

Directions:
Prepare cake mix as directed except use 1½ cups Cool Whip instead of oil.

Bake in 2 round pans.

When cool, frost with remaining ingredients.
