Dry bread
Chicken hearts, liver, gizzards and onions
2 eggs
salt
pepper
sage

Directions:
Directions:
Soak dry bread in cold water. Grind chicken hearts, liver, gizzards and onions. Squeeze out bread - good. Mix together eggs, salt, pepper and sage. Put in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350. Turn heat down, stir occasionally. Pour chicken great over. Note: if you don't have chicken grease, dissolve bouillon cube and pour over top.
