2 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 c "lite" margarine
8 packs Equal (sugar substitute)
Dash ground cinnamon
3 egg1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp chocolat extract
Non- stick spray and unsweetened cocoa powder, for pan
Whipped topping (optional)

Directions:
Melt chocolate and margarine in pan. Add sweetener, cinnamon, eggs, flour, vanilla and chocolate extract; beat until smooth.
Spray an 8 inch glass pie pan with non- stick spray; dust with cocoa powder. Pour chocolate mixture into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven 325 for 10- 12 minutes. (The center will be runny.). Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with whipped topping if desired.
