Ingredients:  
5 lb bag potatoes
5 boiled eggs
1 stick of butter
2/3 cup of Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes . Put potatoes in pot add water and Salt . Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain excess water and place the stick of butter in the hot potatoes to melt. Peel and chop eggs then add to potatoes. Stir in mayonnaise and add additional salt and pepper to your taste.
