6 oz (3 cups) medium egg noodles
1 (6.5 or 7 oz) can tuna, drained
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. (4 oz) shredded cheese
1 can chinese chow mein noodles

Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except soup, milk and cheese. Heat soup and mix in saucepan. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add to noodle mixture. Put in 2 quart casserole and bake, uncovered at 425F for 20 minutes. Serve over chinese chow mein noodles.
