1 large or 2 small packages of pork neck bones
water
1 small can beef broth
salt to taste
pepper to taste
potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse the pork off and place in a large kettle.
2. Put water and beef broth over the pork necks.
3. Put salt and pepper in the kettle.
4. Cook for 45 minutes on medium heat.
5. In the meantime, peel and quarter potatoes and place them in cold water.
6. After the 45 minutes has passed, drop the potatoes in the water with the meat.
7. Cook for an additional approx. 45 minutes (or until the potatoes are tender and not tough).
8. Make sure you still have some broth left in the kettle, it is perfect paired with Grandma and Grandpa's homemade cornbread!

Sometimes pork neck bones are hard to find! You can usually find them at Save A Lot and Walmart.
