8 Garlic cloves
2 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
2 Tsp Mustard seed
2 Tsp Dill seed
1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper flakes
5 cups water
3 1/2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup Canning Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place 2 garlic cloves in each of 4 pint jars.
Place beans into jars to within 1/2 inch of the top.
Add 1/2 tsp mustard seed, 1/2 tsp of dill seed and 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes to each jar.
In sauce pan, bring the water vinegar and canning salt to a boil.
Ladle the boiling liquid over the beans, leaving 1/4 inch headroom.
Adjust caps and tighten lid rings.
Process for 10 minutes in a boiling water bath. (canning pot)
