3 c. milk
1/2 c. white rice (NOT instant)
1/4 tsp. Salt
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 3 cups milk to boiling; gradually stir in 1/3 cup white rice (NOT instant) and 1/4 tsp. salt. Cover; cook over low heat stirring occasionally, until most of the milk is absorbed and rice is creamy, 30-45 minutes. Stir in 1/3 cup sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serves 4
