3 lbs potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
3 tsp butter
3/4 lb Velveeta Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into wedges and cook until done. Heat soup, milk, cheese and butter in sauce pan until mixed well. Put potatoes in large casserole dish and pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Bake at 250 until lightly brown

This was one of my favorite recipes from my great-grandmother Virginia Tedder. She made it at every family gathering. It has been passed down to my mother and I.
