3½ c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 c butter, softened
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 c sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and baking powder together.
In a bowl, cream butter and cream cheese about 30 seconds. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla and almond. Beat well.
Gradually add flour.
Cover and chill overnight or freeze up to 3 months in plastic bags.

Bake 375º for 8-10 minutes.
