¾ c. butter
1 ½ c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ⅓ c. flour
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
3 T. cocoa
½ c. nuts
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1⅓ c. chocolate chips
3 T. butter
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. crispy rice cereal
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Stir in nuts.
Put in a 9 x 13 in. pan and bake at 350º for 15 -18 minutes.
Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over all. Cool completely in pan.
For topping:
Combine chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter in a small pan, cook on low heat stirring constantly until melted and well blended. Spread on top of marshmallows. Chill and serve.
