5 cups flour
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 pound lard (2 cups)
1 egg
4 tsp vinegar
ice cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients together. Blend lard into flour mixture until crumbly. Beat egg in measuring cup, and add vinegar and enough ice cold water to make 3/4 cup. Blend vinegar mixture into flour mixture until well mixed. Form into a ball and place ball on a sheet of saran wrap. Refrigerate until ready to use. Makes 5 pie crusts.
