2-1/4 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl. In separate bowl cream butter, sugars, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually mix in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes. Let stand on cookie sheet for 2 minutes to finish baking, and then finish cooling on wire rack.
