2 sticks of margarine, room temperature
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups Swans cake flour
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
With hand mixer, cream two sticks of margarine and 8 ounces of cream cheese together. Add 3 cups of sugar. Continue mixing.
Add the 6 eggs - one egg at a time!
Add 3 cups of cake flour and 2 tsp vanilla. Mix.
Grease and flour bundt pan or two loaves pans.
Do not preheat oven. Put Bundt pan into oven, then turn to 325º
Bake for 55 minutes- 1 hour 10 minutes.
