¾ Margarine
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 ½ C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Blend the margarine and the sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and mix well. Place dough in the refrigerator and chill at least one hour or overnight. On a floured surface, roll dough to ¼ inch thick and cut into desired shapes. Bake on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 6-8 minutes. Edges should be lightly browned.
