5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
¾ c. butter, softened
¾ c. sour cream
½ c. grated Parmesan cheese
1¼ tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
¾ to 1 cup 2% milk, warmed
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in a 6-quart pot; add water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat; cook, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes; return to pot and stir over low heat 1 minute to dry. Coarsely mash potatoes, gradually adding the butter, sour cream, cheese, seasonings and enough milk to reach desired consistency. Stir in parsley.
