1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. beer
1 c. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
flour (as much as can fit to make the dough oily and easy to prepare the rings)
egg wash (egg mixed with a little water)

Directions:

1. Pre heat the oven to 350ºF. Mix all the above ingredients to form the dough except the egg wash.
2. On a baking pan lined with parchment paper, take a small piece of dough and roll into a thin log, close it to a ring and place on pan. When the pan is full, brush the rings with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds or dip them onto a plate with sesame seeds.
3. Bake 25 minutes until golden.

I have loved these since I can remember. This recipe was given to me by my sister in law Zvia and is an easier version, but just as delicious.
