1 1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup Crisco shortening
3 TBS. water
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. or temperature per directions.

Put flour, Crisco shortening and salt into large bowl.

Cut Crisco into flour. Using your fingers to work it through or a pastry cutter. Add water small amount at a time. Work dough into a ball.

Roll dough on a pastry cloth. Using the guidance of the preformed pastry circle.

Fold dough in half, then half again. Remove from pastry cloth into pie dish. allow the dough to drape over the side. Crimp the dough to the edge of the pie dish.

Bake for 12- 15 minutes. Then fill with puddings or fruit. Or use with pumpkin pie filling.
