1¼ cup Water, boiling
1 cup Quick Oats
1 stick Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1⅓ cup Self-Rising Flour
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

TOPPING
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Coconut
1 stick Butter
1¼ cup Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 º. Butter a 9" x 13" baking dish. Pour boiling water over the oats - stir and set aside to cool. Mix together the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add the oatmeal mixture and stir well. Pour into the prepared buttered dish and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until top springs up with touch of finger.


In sauce pan place all four of the ingredients for the topping when the butter is melted and it is completely heated then pour over the cake. You could take a wooden spoon handle and poke some holes in the cake before you pour on the topping.
