½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
3 TBSP milk
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1⅓ cups all-purpose flour
¼ tsp. salt
¾ cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together the butter and sugars until soft.
Mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
In a small bowl, hear the flour in the microwave for 45-60 seconds or until the internal temperature is 160ºF*.
Mix the flour into the butter mixture, then stir in the chocolate chips.

Refrigerate until ready to eat and any leftovers.

If using SALTED BUTTER - omit the 1/4 tsp.salt.

*OR heat flour in the oven - Preheat oven to 350º F and spread the flour onto a cookie sheet. Bake the flour in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
