2 sticks butter
1 cup of Brown sugar
1 cup of white sugar
2 eggs
2 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T vanilla
2 cups of quick cooking oats
3 cups rice Krispy cereal
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips

Directions:

Cream butter and sugar and then add eggs and mix well. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add into creamed mixture. Stir in vanilla and mix well. Add oats, rice Krispy, coconut, pecans and chips. THIS will be a stiff dough. Using floured hands, roll into small balls and place on a slightly greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until brown. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet. Makes 7 dozen. May be frozen for several weeks.
