Dough:
1 pkg dry yeast
¼ c lukewarm water
1 c scalded milk (heated until almost boils)
½ c sugar
1 t salt
1/3 c oleo
2 eggs
4 to 4 ½ c flour
1 c quick oats

Filling:
½ c white sugar
½ c brown sugar
2 t cinnamon
Topping:
6 T oleo
6 T dark corn syrup
¾ c brown sugar
1 c nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in lukewarm water. Pour scalded milk over sugar, salt & butter.
Stir until butter melts. Add eggs and 1 c flour. Add softened yeast and oats.

Stir in enough flour to make a stiff dough. Turn onto a floured board. Knead until smooth (at least 10 minutes). Round dough into ball & place in greased bowl. Cover & let rise until double (approx. 2 hours).

Punch down & let rest 10 minutes. Put 2/3 of mixture for topping in 9x13 pan. Melt on top of stove.

Roll dough into rectangle. Brush with melted butter. Put on ¾ c of cinnamon sugar. Roll as a jelly roll. Cut into 1 ½ to 2 inch slices. Put in pan. Let rise until double. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
